A new six-foot tall sculpture of a white squirrel now permanently graces the new TD Commons at CAMH.

Artist: Rebecca Baird | Title: All My Relations | Location: Main lobby, Crisis & Critical Care Building | This mural and sculpture incorporates a selection of flora and fauna imagery that will portray the fluidity and dynamic interconnectedness of all nature. The series of seven glass satellite sculptures symbolically suggest a cosmic perspective. The choice to create seven satellite sculptures reflects the importance of the ‘number seven’ within Indigenous traditional teachings. The seed-like, star-like details of the sculptures create a visually descriptive bridge connecting the concept of the cosmos to the mural imagery.
