Online course cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original credit card used for payment. All requests for a refund or transfer must be made in writing. Please email [email protected].

For facilitator-led courses:

• Refund requests made 15 business days or more before the course start date will receive a 100% refund (minus a $50 administrative fee).
• Refund requests made within three (3) to 14 business days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refund requests will be considered within two (2) business days of the course start date.
• Requests for transfer can be made prior to the course start date.
• No refund or transfer requests will be considered after the course start date.
  
  

For self-directed online courses:

• Refund requests made seven (7) business days or more before the course start date will receive a 100% refund (minus a $50 administrative fee).
• Refund requests made within three (3) to six (6) business days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refund requests will be considered within two (2) business days of the course start date.
• Requests for transfer can be made prior to the course start date.
• No refund or transfer requests will be considered after the course start date.
